Today is a leg day and I've started with a pair of 18kg, I'm going heavy but chose a weight that suits you.
1. Front squats 10-12 reps x 3
2. RDLs 10-12 reps x 3
3. DB reverse lunges 10-12 reps x 3
4. Glute bride 10-12 reps x 3
5. Slow sumo squats 10-12 reps x 3
