1. Light cable squeeze 15 reps x 2 rounds
2. Heavy DB press 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
3. DB flys 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
4. Press to twist 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
5. Push ups to failure x 2 rounds
