Homemade Gond laddus
Wheat flour - 250 gms
Ghee - 150 gms
Edible babul gum/gond - 100 gms
Makhana - 20 gms
Jaggery - 200 gms
Gram flour - 1 spoon
Khus khus - 50 gms
Grated dry coconut - 2 spoons
Ginger powder - ½ teaspoon
Nutmeg - very little

Mix seeds nutritional laddus
Sesame seeds - 40 gms
Watermelon seeds - 40 gms
Melon seeds - 40 gms
Flaxseeds - 40 gms
Jaggery - 40 gms
