Don't always eat bread! Prepare this recipe for breakfast, healthy and delicious

Ingredients and recipe:
????Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
????Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
????Pour olive oil in the pan
????Add 50g chopped onion in the pan
????Add 40g Chopped mushroom
????30g Chopped tomatoes
????Add 40g Chopped mushroom
????30g Chopped tomatoes
????20g Chopped green pepper
????20g Chopped yellow
Add in the egg mixture
????Place 1 tortilla on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over
????Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Fry for about 2 minutes
Done!
????Parsley (optional)
