Dry Fruit Ladoo

Take a Kadhai and add
1/2 Cup - Ghee
1 Cup - Almond
1 Cup - Cashew
1/4 Cup - Pistachio
Roast in Slow Flame till Light Colour then add
1/4 Cup - Magajtari Beej ( Watermelon Seeds )
1/4 Cup - Rasins
Roast little then add
2 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
Roast and Seive it , Let Remove all Ghee

Take a Kadhai and add
1/4 Cup - Water
3/4 Cup - Jaggery
2 tbsp - Sugar
Cook till 1 String Consistency then Switch Off the Flame add
2 Pinch - Baking Soda
Mix Properly then add above
Dry Fruits and add
2 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Mix Properly, let Cool Little then Make a Ladoo With Hand Using Ghee
And Serve
