Garlic Butter smothered on this tender and flaky salmon is, hand down, one of the easiest and delicious seafood dinners you can make for family and friends!
Garlic Butter Salmon
Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
- 8oz Salmon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, add melted butter, parmesan, garlic, and parsley together until well combined.
3. Add salmon to a small baking dish.
4. Spread the garlic mixture over salmon bake for 25 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
5. Optional to drizzle additional butter mixture on top and serve.
6. Enjoy!
