Ingredients ????????

- 600g Diced Chicken Breast
- 25g Cornflour (or corn starch)
- Salt, Pepper & 1 Tsp Chinese 5 Spice (optional)
- 15g Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
- 250ml Reduced Salt Chicken Stock
- 35ml Light Soy Sauce (Brand: Ayam)
- 30ml Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled, I personally used fresh)
- 10g Ginger
- 10g Garlic-
Lemon Zest (I used half a lemon - amount is up to your liking)
- 10g Stevia, 10g Cornflour & Water mixed well in a small bowl (this avoids clumping)

(Ingredients Per Meal Prep Container - can be customised to suit your diet)
-130g Cooked White Rice
- Sesame Seeds
- Diced Spring Onion
- (Add your choice of sides & vegetables)Evenly distribute the chicken into 5 servings & enjoy! ????????????Seasonings, brands & certain ingredients can be substituted to your own liking if needed!
