This super extreme *fat burning* meal plan is a diet I followed for months and it got me in insane shape (5% BODY FAT?) for my men's physique show. Check it out ????
Here we go! A throwback today as I go back to the diet that got me to 5% body fat (well, almost ????) when I competed in men's physique a couple of years back.
Looking back, following this meal plan (it was pretty much a meal plan as I was eating very similarly most days) for months was toug. However when you're in the zone, it's never as bad as it seems. Instead, I had a vision, I was committed to it & nothing was going to stop me - even if that meant eating pots of 9 calorie jelly everyday ????
And this full day of eating on a cut (2000 calories) is great because it helped me reminisce on this diet, pick out the good parts, pick out the parts where I could have improved (would that have made a difference on that men's physique stage - I'm not sure) and take you along on the journey. And even though these low calorie high protein meals may not have been as appetising as some of my meals and recipes now, there's still place for some of them in any cutting diet. They're quick, they're easy, they're effective and I still managed some treats along the way too. So when it comes to cutting diets, I would say this is a pretty good one.
